SUMMARY
The Revenue Operations Program Manager drives key initiatives that strengthen how our go-to-market team works. Focus is on implementing and coordinating systems, data, and reporting to create scalable, repeatable operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Support. The successful candidate will build reliable infrastructure, improve data visibility, and help teams operate more efficiently and achieve scale through the right tools, processes, and insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery, ensuring projects are well-defined, aligned with Sales, Customer Success, and Support strategy, and completed on time.
- Systems Implementation: Manage the rollout and optimization of tools and integrations that support Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that give teams clear visibility into performance and outcomes.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve collaboration, accuracy, and speed across GTM functions.
- Change Management: Communicate goals, progress, and outcomes clearly; drive adoption and alignment when introducing new tools or workflows.
- Automation & Process Design: Identify and execute opportunities to automate manual work and streamline recurring processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to align tools, data, and reporting with shared business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and team feedback to refine tools and processes over time.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, and 10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role, with a preference for experience in EdTech environments; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to deliver initiatives effectively and efficiently.
- CRM and Analytics Expertise: Experience implementing and scaling business systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or equivalent).
- RevOps Experience: Strong understanding of revenue operations principles, including data governance, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to solve complex operational challenges.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
